Invitation to conduct a workshop

We invite your interest in conducting a workshop session at the conference. This is an option if you have a more hands on subject or a new assistive technology that you would like to share with the participants at the conference. You could also take the opportunity to discuss a special topic with delegates from across the world.

The duration for each workshop is 1 ½ hours, and the session will be scheduled in the final program. A room will be made available for the workshop but arranging and conducting the workshop is the responsibility of the host.

If you are interested, please submit your workshop proposal to imc17@ped.gu.se before 31st January 2020. The IMC17 scientific committee will review the submissions and a confirmation will be sent by 11th February.

The workshop proposal should include the following:

  • A title not exceeding 150 characters (spaces included)
  • An abstract not exceeding 300 words, describing the content of the workshop and how it will be organized
  • The name and affiliation of the person/s who a responsible for arranging the workshop.

Please mention if you need some special equipment.
