Conference Fees and Payment

The main conference fees will provide delegates with: access to all paper sessions, keynotes, and workshops (Wednesday to Friday), a conference pack, free access to internet and technical support.

Wednesday-Friday morning and/or afternoon refreshments are included. Wednesday evening we are invited to a wine reception by the City of Gothenburg. Please note that food is not provided this evenening, but there are a lot of restaurants waiting to be explored around the conference venue. Thursday a buffet lunch is included and also a buffet dinner with entertainment in the evening.

Please note that accommodation is not covered in the conference fees. It is the delegates’ own responsibility to find their accommodation for the conference.

Early bird fee (until 15th February)

  • non-member SEK 4100

Standard fee (to be paid by 20th March)

  • member SEK 4000
  • non-member SEK 4400

 Reduced fee (to be paid by 15th February)

  • participant, whose application for a bursary has been accepted and confirmed via email - reduced fee SEK 1700
